Our Mill

Pressing and sourcing

At our mill we produce cold-pressed and warm-pressed olive oils in extra virgin and virgin grades. We work with thousands of small farmers in the region: we buy their olives and their oil, and we press olives for them as a service. Beyond our own mill, we work with hundreds of partner mills across Türkiye and buy at least one full truck of oil a day from each of them. Every year we trade thousands of tons of olive oil, in hundreds of full trucks.

Quality control

Specifications are our rulebook. Our own laboratory checks every lot, so what we promise is what we deliver. We follow each client's specifications, and we buy from our partners against the same specifications.

Who we supply

We supply the best-known olive oil retail brands in Türkiye and the largest Turkish olive oil exporters. Abroad, we supply our clients directly with high-quality olive oil from Türkiye.
